Description

This position is for the head coach of Patriot Aquatics' Silver Group: this group consists of around 20 11-13 year-old swimmers with not much experience and a  commitment of 2-3 practices a week. Primary responsibilities of the coach will include enforcing good practice habits (getting in the water on time for warmup, watching the clock, leaving on time, listening to coach's instructions, etc.), enforcing good swim habits (proper strokes, learning and executing drills, turns, streamline and underwaters, etc.), and encouraging swimmers to realize their individual full potential in the sport.

Requirements

A high school diploma or GED

An extensive background in club swimming (at least 6 years)
