Position Overview
Treasure Coast Aquatics is seeking a motivated, organized, and experienced Associate Head Coach to support the continued development and operation of our competitive swim program.
This position combines on-deck coaching with administrative and team-management responsibilities and offers an opportunity for increased leadership within the organization.
Estimated Weekly Hours:
Approximately 12 hours of on-deck coaching
Approximately 6–8 hours of administrative/computer work
Responsibilities
The Associate Head Coach will:
Coach and develop swimmers in accordance with the goals and philosophy of Treasure Coast Aquatics.
Assist with the supervision, direction, and development of the coaching staff.
Ensure all coaches maintain required certifications and remain current with applicable requirements.
Maintain proficiency with TeamUnify (GoMotion), including athlete registration, billing, swim meet administration, and other team-management functions.
Assist with maintaining and updating the team website and online resources.
Select and attend appropriate swim meets based on the needs of the program.
Plan, organize, and facilitate two home swim meets annually.
Maintain strong communication with swimmers, families, coaches, and team leadership.
Demonstrate effective organizational, time-management, and leadership skills.
Identify and develop new programs, initiatives, or other opportunities that may enhance the swimmer experience and generate additional revenue for the club.

Compensation & Growth Opportunity
Compensation is negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
For the right candidate, there may also be an opportunity for expanded leadership and a potential transition into ownership or management of the club. Additional details regarding a possible transition period can be discussed during the interview process.
