Description

Carmel Swim Club (CSC) is seeking a qualified, motivated professional for the position of Full-Time 
Assistant Coach, serving as a Division Lead within our Age Group Program with additional 
responsibilities assisting the Senior Program. This is a leadership role reporting directly to the Head Age 
Group Coach and Associate Head Coach. 

Requirements

College degree (preferred) 
Competitive swimming experience (required) 
Swim coaching experience (required) 
Experience with dryland training and long-term athletic development (preferred) 
Working knowledge of TeamUnify and Hy-Tek software (preferred) 
Current USA Swimming coach membership and all required certifications (required) 
Strong integrity, communication skills, and a passion for helping athletes reach their full 
potential
